The Moto-DM Kit produces motor neurons from hiPSCs in just 7 days. Following ectoderm induction in 24 hours, cells are patterned into spinal ectoderm (HOXB1+, SOX2+) and motor progenitors (OLIG2+), reaching HB9+/ISL1+/TUJ1+ immature motor neurons by day 7. Moto-DM is ideal for modeling neuromuscular disorders such as ALS, SMA, or CMT, with efficient, reproducible outcomes.
